in make me over

Although Summer has come to an end, it is still unbelievably hot outside! Hence, the life of the summer wardrobe lives on 🙂 Here is a snapshot taken by the photog over at LeCoil. This chica is pretty and flyy in all her naturalness. I’m not quite sure the total cost of her outfit, but I took the liberty of putting together my own version of her hotness in my own Frugal McDugal way. These threads can be found at ASOS, Macys and Calvin Klein.

One trick to shopping on a budget (especially online) is to search for coupon codes. I have taken the liberty of completing that search for you. Discount information provided where available.

Now that I’ve covered her threads, how would you go about achieving her hair?

I adore this outfit! To get her hair I would do a bantu knot out cuz that usually gives me a nice fluffy fro : )

I love this blazer!!! My hair could look like that with a 2-3 day old twist out. The older my twist outs, the bigger and fluffier they are (which I love). Looking forward to more of this feature!

I'd air dry my hair in about four to six twists. Mist with strong tea, aloe vera juice/gel and EVOO mix. Slowly separate hair to achieve fullness.

I would do braids to achieve this look.
