Before and After – Lip Exfoliation

in makeup, product review

As of recent, I have been venturing into to the world of pink lips. I have tons of glosses but not very many lipsticks.  A few months ago I purchased one lipstick, but I’d never really used it. My lips always appeared chapped after application and I would always need to follow with lip gloss anyway, so why not just skip the lipstick all together right?

I’ve been searching for products to soften my lips and make lipstick application a little less painful to look at, being that my lips have been resembling sandpaper as of lately. Last moth I was sent a couple lip exfoliation  products for review from www,

In the photos above

I am wearing Maybelline’s Fuschia Fever lipstick.  In each picture I am ONLY wearing the Maybelline lipstick. Clearly you can see there is a notable difference before using the soon-to-be reviewed lip exfoliation product and after the use of the lip product.

What did I use to achieve noticeable supple lips?
Stay tuned for a video review 🙂

Wow, I always exfoliate but I never thought about how my lippies would look without. This shows that its definitely a must! Xo

I exfoliate with good ol toothpaste when I brush at night and follow it up with either Vaseline or Burt’s Bees Lip Palm (or whatever chapstick/lip palm I am using at the time). Cheap and gets the job done. May have to blog about this lol
