If you’ve been reading, you know that I *heart* batik print.  As of lately I’ve been contemplating redecorating my home with batik items, starting with pillows. This pillow  from Sister Batik’s collection caught my eye. The design is simple, yet bold. So I decided to use it as my inspiration for this week’s manicure.

Colors used: Revlon Plum Night, OPI Purple w/a Purpose, OPI Need Sunglasses, Sinful Colors Savage
Tool: Dotting Tool

Very pretty! How long does your nail polish hold up? When I polish my nails they normally last for 3 days.

Generally 4-5 days before noticeable chipping occurs.

Beautiful Nails!! Great idea! I love Batik too. I learned the process when I lived in Cameroon. Would love to do it myself one day. Until then, I will probably buy the fabric and sew my own pillows and decorative items.

This is the most creative nail design I’ve seen yet. I love this print.
