Not sure of the origin of the photo on the right, but this style was requested by the girlie on the left, KayJay of This style took just under 2 hours to complete and can last 2 weeks if a scarf is used nightly. The middle of the french roll is twisted individually  which will allow this style to survive it’s second week as a twisted-out mohawk. In the video below you will see that I flat twisted her hair as the foundation and the I french rolled the back, securing with bobby pins. I followed by underhand braiding the pompadour up top and rolling the ends of that braid back under the braid itself.
